Ingredients
1/3 cup – shelled inexperienced peas

2 tsp – ginger, minced
1.Five tsp – chilli powder
1/2 tsp – turmeric powder
2 tsp – coriander powder
1 tsp – cumin powder
2 tsp – Kasoori Methi
4 tbsp – tomato puree
three to 4 tbsp – clotted cream (Malai)
oil to deep fry
salt to taste
coriander leaves and cream to garnish

How to Make Paneer and Mixed Vegetable Curry
Combine all the greens.


Add approximately 1.Five cup of water and half of tsp salt.
Cook till smooth however no longer gentle.


Roast poppy seeds and fennel (do not use oil) and powder together with cashew nuts.
Add little water and grind to a clean paste.

Heat the Ghee or oil in a Kadai. Add sugar.
Let the sugar soften and caramelize (Do now not stir all through this time).
Add the complete spices, observed by onion and ginger.


Fry until onion is golden brown.
Mix all of the powders with little water to a paste and upload to the Kadai.
Cook and stir for two mins.

Add the cooked veggies, Cashew mixture and salt to taste. Simmer for 3 mins.
Stir in the Malai and do away with from fireplace.

Serve with: Chapati, Paratha or any Indian bread.
