Ingredients of Sone Chandi Ke Moong

1 half of cup soaked moong dal
1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
2 sliced onion
2 portions chopped ginger
5 sprigs chopped coriander leaves
half of teaspoon powdered black pepper
half teaspoon powdered black cardamom
five teaspoon lemon juice
200 gm khoya
three inexperienced cardamom
1 teaspoon overwhelmed saffron
30 gm paneer
1 1/2 cup ghee
1 half of teaspoon purple chilli powder
refined oil as required
3/4 cup butter
4 chopped green chilli
1 teaspoon cumin powder

1/3 cup clean cream
2 half of tablespoon all reason flour
12 chopped,blanched pistachios
1 teaspoon dill seed

How to make Sone Chandi Ke Moong
Step 1
To put together this tasteful curry, first, drain the water from soaked moong dal. First, take a huge sized pan and region it on medium flame. Then, transfer the soaked dal in it. Now, upload 1 1/2 litres of water alongside red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt in it and stir properly. Once the water boils, turn the flame low and let it cook dinner nicely.

Step 2
Meanwhile, take every other deep-bottomed pan and vicinity it on medium flame. Then, pour and heat oil in it. Once the oil has heated, deep fry the sliced onions in it till golden-brown. Now, transfer the fried onions on an absorbent paper and weigh down them with hands. Keep aside for a while.

Step three
Now, take a medium sized bowl and upload khoya at the side of paneer, flour in it and knead gently till you shape a stiff dough, that is your combination 1. Transfer 2 tablespoon of prepared aggregate in any other separate bowl. Step four

Step five
Now, take a medium sized deep-bottomed pan and place it on medium flame. Then, pour and heat ghee in it. Once the ghee has heated, upload the organized balls in it and deep fry all of them properly till they flip golden brown. Transfer them on an absorbent paper and preserve apart for a while.

Step 6
Next, garnish half of the balls with golden leaves(golden varq) and final half of with silver ingesting foil(silver varq). Keep apart for a while.

Step 7
Now, upload butter in conjunction with ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin powder, black pepper, green cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, black cardamom powder, fried onions(step 2) inside the cooked dal( step 1). Mix properly while mashing the moong dal lightly with the ladle. Stir for a couple of minutes on low flame. Then, upload lemon juice and cream. Also, upload salt as required and stir for subsequent 2 minutes.

Step 8
Next, take some other small sized pan and region it on medium flame. Then, pour and soften 1 tablespoon of ghee in it. Now, add dill seeds in it. Stir for some time and then flip the flame off.

Step 9
Lastly, transfer the cooked dal(step 7) to a serving dish and garnish it with cooked dill seeds(step 8). Serve hot together with fried and garnished balls(step 6). Enjoy its taste with your loved ones.
