3 cup new noodles
1 teaspoon vinegar
4 pieces green onion
4 tablespoon ketchup
2 slashed carrot
1/2 slashed cabbage
2 squeezes salt
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon corn flour
2 inches ginger
2 spring onions
1/2 slashed capsicum ( green pepper)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
8 cloves garlic

Step by step instructions to make Noodle Chaat with Manchurian Sauce
Stage 1
Finely slash the ginger, garlic and spring onions (whites and greens).
Stage 2
Combine as one the ketchup, soya sauce, corn flour, salt vinegar and 1 cup water.
Stage 3
Heat adequate oil in a container. Profound fry the noodles in hot oil till brilliant brown. Do this in clusters.
Stage 4
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or skillet till genuinely hot. Add hacked onions whites, garlic and ginger. Saute on high intensity till brilliant in variety.
Stage 5
Add the corn slurry. Bring to a quick bubble and cook till the sauce thickens.
Stage 6
Put a few seared noodles in a bowl and add a few cleaved vegetables over it.
Stage 7
Top the noodle chaat with some manchurian sauce.
Stage 8
Decorate with cleaved spring onion greens and serve.
