250 gm grated,peeled radish
200 ml water
50 ml ghee
For Dough
500 gm wheat flour
1/3 teaspoon powdered dark pepper
3 slashed green stew
1/3 teaspoon powdered turmeric
100 gm gram flour (besan)
1/2 teaspoon thymol seeds
1/2 cup slashed coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt

Step by step instructions to make Mooli Paratha
Stage 1
In an enormous bowl, add wheat flour alongside every one of the fixings with the exception of water and ghee, and pleasantly blend them all.
