2 Servings
6 idli
2 tablespoon refined oil
2 cup yogurt (curd)
1 small bunch coriander leaves
For Tempering
3 dry red stew
3 leaves curry leaves
1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
1 scramble asafoetida
salt as required
1/2 teaspoon chana dal
Stage 1
To set up this tasty idli formula, take a huge bowl with yogurt and salt, and whisk them together. Add the extra idlis to this yogurt blend.
Stage 2
Then, heat a little oil in a dish over medium fire and add mustard seeds in it. Allow them to splutter and afterward add the chana dal. Then, at that point, add asafoetida, curry leaves and the red chillies, and continue to mix. Switch off the fire.
Stage 3
Lift the dish cautiously and pour this tadka over the idlis, and combine them as one. Embellish with coriander leaves and serve.
