Spicy Khatta:

1 cup basmati rice
1/2 cup thick harsh curd
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric
1/2 teaspoon red bean stew powder
1/2 cup chana dal
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 squeeze baking pop
salt as required

For Tempering
3 teaspoon refined oil
3 leaves curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
4 green chillies

For Garnishing
1 modest bunch coriander leaves.

Spicy Khatta Dhokla Recipe

Stage 1
To set up this flavorful dhokla, wash and drench rice and chana dal in a different bowl for 7-8 hours or short-term.

Stage 2
Following day, channel the water and add them to a food processor with curd and water and mix them until smooth yet in addition somewhat thick.
