1 green stew

2 tablespoon refined oil

Instructions to make Spiced Potato Curry Recipe

Stage 1
Heat oil in a weighty lined skillet over medium fire. Add the red chillies, curry leaves, cumin seeds and sear for 10 seconds.

Stage 2
When the curry passes on begin to splutter, add the green chillies and onions. Saute until brilliant brown. Then, add the slashed potatoes and mix.

Stage 3
Following 30 seconds, add the garam masala powder, red stew powder, salt, turmeric powder and blend well. Sprinkle a little water and mix until the potatoes are equally covered.

Stage 4
Cover the container with a top and cook on low fire for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked. Eliminate the cover and topping with coriander leaves. Eliminate from fire and move the dish in a serving bowl. Serve hot with rice, roti or dosa.
