250 gm chicken

500 gm onion
2 teaspoon cumin powder

2 tablespoon breadcrumbs

Stage 1
Grind the ground onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies in a food processor.
Stage 2
Cut chicken pieces in a bowl and add the above combination to it. Add cumin powder, red bean stew powder and lemon juice.
Stage 3
Marinate chicken pieces and leave the combination for around 45 minutes. In the mean time, whisk eggs in a bowl.

Plunge cutlets in the whisked egg and roll on breadcrumbs to have a firm outside.

Heat oil in a skillet. Add marinated chicken pieces. Continue to sear till they become brilliant brown in shading.
