650 gm meat steak
2 squeezes dark pepper
3 squeezes salt

1 tablespoon olive oil pomace
2 tablespoon diced red peppers
1 medium corn
1 cup diced tomato
1 teaspoon cumin powder
3 squeezes salt
1 little diced onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 cup depleted dark beans
2 tablespoon bean stew powder
1 cup rice
1 cup cheddar

Step by step instructions to make Break the Wall
Stage 1
Preheat the broiler to 230C 30 minutes prior to cooking. Eliminate hamburger steak from cooler.
Stage 2
