250 gm pearl millet
1 cup water
2 cup flour
1 squeeze salt
50 gm ghee

Step by step instructions to make Bajra Roti

Stage 1
Blend the flour, salt and water to make a batter and ply well. Make little balls.

Stage 2
Sprinkle bajra on a level surface, put the batter on it. Smooth the batter, similar to a thick roti.

Stage 3
Lift roti and put it on the hot tawa. Cook the two sides. Put it straightforwardly on the hot fire till done and serve in the wake of putting ghee.
