500 gm fish
5 cloves garlic
2 teaspoon coriander seeds
1/2 onion
4 dry red stew

6 teaspoon mustard oil
1 inch ginger
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
4 tablespoon ground coconut
1 tablespoon tamarind glue
5 dark pepper
bubbling water as required

1 teaspoon turmeric
salt as required
2 teaspoon red stew powder

Instructions to make Goan Fish Curry

Stage 1 Marinate the fish
To set up this Goan recipe, wash the fish and wipe off. Cut into pieces and apply turmeric, salt and minimal red stew powder over them and back rub well. Allow the fish to rest for about 20 minutes. Then, strip and meagerly cut the onion in a bowl and keep to the side.
