Sprouts Tofu and Potato Salad Recipe. Potato Salad, is an easy-to-make salad recipe that you can make for your kids’ tiffin, as it is nutritious and tasty at the same time. Potato Salad, recipe is prepared using mixed sprouts, tofu, potato, tomato, cucumber, carrot, onion, and a melange of spices. This healthy recipe is a perfect way to treat your taste buds.
250 gm mixed sprouts
6 pieces lettuce leaf
salt as required
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1 chopped green chilies
100 gm tofu
1 large onion
Firstly, boil the sprouts and peeled potato in the same pressure cooker and cut cucumber, onion, tomatoes into small pieces.
Then in a wok, heat olive oil on medium flame and add tofu cubes in it. Sauté and cook them till they get light brown in colour.
Then in a big serving bowl, add chopped onions, cucumber, tomatoes, carrot (optional), lettuce (you can also use it for garnishing), and coriander leaves. Toss all the ingredients well.
Then in that bowl, add boiled sprouts, potatoes and sautéed tofu cubes, lemon, salt, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, and chaat masala and mix them well into the mixture really well so that you get the taste you want. Serve immediately.
