South Potatoes Madras
600 gm potato
salt as required
350 gm tomato
1/2 teaspoon ginger
3 cloves garlic
2 cup cauliflower
1 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
dark pepper as required
1 1/4 cup veg stock
100 gm masoor dal
1 1/2 tablespoon curry powder
2 enormous onion
2 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoon mango mash
Stage 1
To start with, wash masoor dal and keep it to the side. Presently, place potatoes in a tension cooker and pour water in it. Heat up the potatoes until delicate. When bubbled, let them cool and strip.
