750 gm chicken
300 ml milk
1/2 tablespoon ginger glue
250 ml tomato puree
1/2 tablespoon chaat masala
80 gm new cream
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 slashed green bean stew
1/3 cup lotus seed pops
50 gm cashews-simmered
salt as required
30 gm ghee
1 bubbled egg
1/2 tablespoon garlic glue
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1/4 tablespoon garam masala powder
1/2 tablespoon red bean stew powder
1 inch slashed ginger
1/2 tablespoon kasoori methi leaves
3 medium finely slashed onion
1/4 cup water

Stage 1 Roast chicken and fry onions:
Broil chicken pieces in ghee and keep to the side. Fry onion in ghee until brown and put away. Then, at that point, fry makhana (lotus seed pops) and keep to the side.
