8 bread cuts
3 squeezes salt
2 tablespoon refined oil

For Garnishing
2 tablespoon slashed coriander leaves
For Toppings
1/2 cup chana dal

1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
1 little boiled,grated potato
1/2 cup urad dal
1 little finely slashed onion
1 teaspoon ginger glue

The most effective method to make Protein Toast

Stage 1
Douse both the dals short-term. Wash two times. Grind them together to a fine glue.

Stage 2
