3 Servings
200 gm soaked,washed and dried rice
2 leaves sound leaf
2 squashed green cardamom
1 scramble mace powder

4 tablespoon ghee
100 gm frozen peas
2 inches cinnamon stick
1 squashed dark cardamom
15 cashews
1/3 teaspoon salt

For Garnishing
2 medium diced,boiled carrot
For The Main Dish
325 ml water

Instructions to make Matar Pulao
Stage 1
Wash the rice and absorb it water for 10-15 minutes.

Stage 2
Heat a tension cooker skillet, add ghee and let it heat.

Stage 3
When the ghee is warmed, add cinnamon, green cardamom, dark cardamom, mace powder, straight leaves and cashew nuts.

Stage 4
Sear it for few moments on medium fire, continue mixing while at the same time broiling.

Stage 5
Add green peas, blend it and sear it briefly on medium fire.

Stage 6
Put splashed rice and broil the rice for 1/2 moment on medium fire, continue mixing while at the same time searing.

Stage 7
Add water and salt, blend it well. Permit it to bubble, it requires around 1-2 moment on high fire.

Stage 8
When it begins bubbling, close the top of strain cooker appropriately and cook it for two whistles on high fire.

Stage 9
After two whistles, switch off the fire and let the cooker cool down completely(do not in the middle between).

Stage 10
When the cooker chills off totally, delicately open the cover and mix it.

Stage 11
Matar Pulao is prepared, take it out in a serving bowl and serve hot with your number one curry. Prior to serving trim it with bubbled and diced carrot.
