500 gm washed & dried chook
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 cup sparkling cream
half teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup milk
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon ghee
salt as required
2 teaspoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon almond paste
1 medium sliced onion
2 powdered green cardamom
1 inch cinnamon stick
2 teaspoon washed & dried kasoori methi leaves
black pepper as required
How to make Malai Chicken Curry
Step 1 Marinate the chook
