8 egg
2 teaspoon coriander seeds
2 scramble ocean salt
1/2 tablespoon turmeric

2 finely hacked red stew
2 tablespoon virgin olive oil
2 medium finely hacked onion
2 huge finely hacked ginger
500 gm tomato
4 tablespoon Water

For Garnishing
1/2 cup finely hacked coriander leaves

Stage 1
Heat oil in a huge skillet over medium intensity. Add coriander seeds and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add onions and salt and cook, mixing frequently, for 10 minutes or until brilliant.
