Ingredients for Anda Bhurji Recipe
Eggs 6
Butter 1 tablespoons
Oil 1/2 tablespoon
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Onion finely chopped 1 medium
Green chillies chopped 1-2
Tomato finely chopped 1 medium
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Heat butter and oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté until fragrant. Add onion and inexperienced chillies and sauté till onion turns brown.
Step 2
Break eggs in a bowl and whisk properly.
Step three
Add tomatoes and salt to the pan, mix nicely and cook dinner on medium warmness until tomatoes turn tender and pulpy.
