Ingredients of Healthy Kadhi

1 massive carrot

2 medium tomato
2 cup yoghurt (curd)

2 teaspoon inexperienced chillies
2 cup paneer
2 tablespoon garlic
four pinches turmeric
2 teaspoon cumin seeds

2 medium onion
four tablespoon gram flour (besan)

How to make Healthy Kadhi
Step 1
Take a chopping board and chop cauliflower, garlic, ginger, green chilies, tomatoes, onions, coriander leaves over it. Cut carrot into small portions and french beans into diagonal pieces. Chop paneer into cubes.

Step 2
Mix curd, green chilies, gram flour, pinch of turmeric and 4 cups of water in a bowl. Heat oil in a pan and saute mustard seeds, garlic, cumin seeds and ginger in it.

Step 3
Add cauliflower pieces, onions, curry leaves, carrot, onions, green peas and beans. Saute dried fenugreek leaves, salt and pinch of turmeric in it. Mix in chopped tomatoes. Saute for two minutes.

Step four
Pour the flour-yogurt combination into the pan and cook dinner it for 4-five mins. Mix in coriander leaves and paneer cubes. Bring it to a boil after which switch it to serving bowls. Enjoy!
