Ingredients
Raw banana – four piece
Tomatoes – 2 medium
Green Chillies – 2
Haldi/Turmeric – half of teaspoon
Red Chilli/Mirchi powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander/dhania powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt to flavor
Amchur – 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1 pinch
Jeera/Cumin seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard/Rai – half teaspoon
Asafoetida/heeng – A pinch
Oil – 2 tablespoon
Finely chopped coriander/mint leaves – optionally available
Grated Dry coconut – 2 teaspoon

Easy Way to Prepare Raw Banana Chop Masala

Instructions
Take sparkling raw bananas, peel them and cut into round pieces. Put a few oil on your knife and arms too earlier than peeling and cutting to keep away from your pores and skin turning black due to oxidation.
Chop green chillies, tomatoes and clean mint or coriander.


Heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida, cumin seeds and mustard. Add inexperienced/crimson chillies, curry leaves and saute them.

Raw Banana Chop Masala
Add the banana slices to it and toss them. Add turmeric and salt to it. Reduce the flame and cook until the bananas are tender.


Add chopped tomatoes and mix. Cook for three-4 minutes. Add dhania and crimson chilli powder and blend well.


Add grated coconut (dry/sparkling), little garam masala and amchoor if you want little tangy and blend properly. Cook for a minute or protecting the lid.


Garnish with grated coconut and chopped mint/coriander leaves.
