How to make Coriander Roti
Step 1
To start with, knead a dough by combining whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp oil and salt to taste.
Using appropriate amount of water, knead a soft dough.
Cover with wet cloth and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, take a bowl and add coriander leaves, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, gram flour, chopped green chilies and salt.
Mix it well to incorporate the ingredients well with each other.
Step 3
Take the dough and divide it into equal portions and shape each portion in a small round ball.
Roll the balls in the shape of roti and sprinkle little oil on it.
Place a spoonful of stuffing in the center of the roti.
Step 4
Now, enclose the stuffing by rolling the roll again in a round shape.
Using dry flour, roll it in the shape of roti. Make as many rotis as possible.
Step 5
Now, heat oil in a non-stick pan and cook rotis until golden brown. Sprinkle oil on the top and sides of the roti and gently flip it.
Cook the other side as well.
Cook all the rotis in a similar way.
Step 6
When done, transfer it to a serving plate and serve it with your favorite chutney.
