1/2 kilograms chicken
3 tablespoon cleaved mint leaves
8 cashews
1/2 tablespoon garlic glue
1 scramble hung curd
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 inches cinnamon
1/2 cup tomato puree
4 squeezes salt
1 bundle coriander leaves
5 green bean stew
1/2 tablespoon ginger glue
1/4 teaspoon powdered turmeric
3 tablespoon mustard oil
1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
1 cup cut onion
4 drops lemon juice

Instructions to make Coriander Chicken Recipe

Stage 1
Clean, wash and cleave the chicken to scaled down pieces.

Stage 2
Wash and cleave new coriander leaves, mint leaves and green crisp. Add it to blender. Add not many cashewnuts and little water and toil it to a fine smooth glue.

Stage 3
Move the glue in a blending bowl. To it add ginger garlic glue, salt, turmeric pwd, yogurt and blend well.

Stage 4
Add the chicken and coat well with the masala glue. Permit to marinate for 2 hours.

Stage 5
Heat oil in a griddle.

Stage 6
Add cumin seeds, saunf and cinnamon. Add finely cut onions and fry till brilliant.

Stage 7
Add the marinated chicken and saute in high fire for few moments.

Stage 8
Add tomato puree and cook briefly.

Stage 9
Add ¼ cup of water and turn the fire to low medium.

Stage 10
Cover and cook the chicken for 7 to 10 mins.

Stage 11
When the chicken is cooked delicate, press not many drops of lemon juice.

Stage 12
Taste and change salt and flavors. Move to serving bowl.

Stage 13
Embellish with ground cheddar (discretionary). Delectable coriander chicken with enticing fragrance is prepared. Serve hot with roti or rice.
