600 gm chicken
3 teaspoon garlic glue
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 1/2 teaspoon red bean stew powder
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
2 tablespoon refined oil
50 ml yogurt (curd)
1 1/2 onion
3 teaspoon ginger glue
1/2 teaspoon tomato puree
3 red stew
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon nigella seeds
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
6 squeezes salt

For Garnishing

1 small bunch coriander leaves

Instructions to make Chicken Achari Recipe

Stage 1 Heat oil in a skillet
To make Chicken Achari, Take a dish and hotness oil in it. Put fennel seeds, nigella seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and dry red chillies. Fry them for 25 secs.

Stage 2 Saute onions
Put hacked onions in the dish and saute them. Then add ginger and garlic glue and cook while mixing consistently.

Stage 3 Add flavors
Put turmeric and red bean stew powder and mix well for a couple of moments. Add little water to keep it from adhering to the outer layer of the dish.

Stage 4 Add tomato puree
Put tomato puree and cook it for 2 mins. Presently, Cut the chicken into little pieces and add the chicken pieces in the skillet. Cook it for around 6-7 mins while mixing occasionally.

Stage 5 Add water and let it cook
Once done, add around 1/2 cup of water and cover the dish. Cook it for around 20-25 mins on a low fire.

Stage 6 Add curd
Add curd and cook for another 4 mins. You can now turn off the fire and add salt and lemon juice to the dish.

Stage 7 Garnish and serve
Put some cleaved coriander leaves on top for decorating and your Chicken Achari is fit to be served.
