1 white onion
teaspoon sea salt

2 red bell pepper
3 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Step 1 Preheat the oven
Preheat oven to 218 degree Celsius. On a large baking tray, combine sliced potatoes, sliced bell peppers and onions chopped into wedges. Sprinkle some olive oil over the veggies along with garlic powder, ground black pepper and salt. In fact, you can add veggies as per your palate preference.
Step 2 Toss and serve
