Aloo Chokha
4 medium bubbled potato
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon green stew
dark pepper as required
1 teaspoon mustard oil
2 medium onion
4 teaspoon coriander leaves
salt as required
Stage 1 Boil the potatoes
First and foremost, strip and crush the bubbled potatoes and move them to a bowl. Save it to the side for a couple of moments to allow it to cool marginally. Take a hacking load up and slash coriander leaves, onions, green stew and garlic.
Stage 2 Prepare the combination
Add onions, garlic, mustard oil, green chillies, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Blend well.
