1 cup rice
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon doused urad dal
1 squeeze asafoetida
2 tablespoon cashews

1 tablespoon ghee
2 dry red bean stew
1 tablespoon curry leaves
1 hacked green stew
1 tablespoon raisins
2 tablespoon frozen sweet corn
2 teaspoon sugar
coriander leaves as required

Stage 1 Fry the onions
Put a kadhai on medium fire and intensity ghee in it, when the ghee is hot enough fry onion in it till brilliant brown. Take them out on a permeable paper to douse the additional ghee.
Stage 2 Prepare the tadka
In the equivalent kadhai, add cumin seeds alongside mohri or dark mustard seeds and let them temper for a couple of moments. Then, at that point, add drenched urad dal, asafoetida, cashews, raisins, curry leaves, corn, green bean stew, and red bean stew powder to the ghee.
