Vegetarian Gnocchi with Pesto
40 gm ragi flour
40 gm pearl millet flour
4 teaspoon Aquafaba (Bean Liquid)
6 cloves garlic
4 tablespoon additional virgin olive oil
2 cup water
20 gm rice flour
1 boiled,mashed potato
1 cup basil
100 gm pecans
salt as required.
Stage 1 Knead the mixture for making Gnocchi
