1/3 cup gram flour (besan)
8 medium potato
2 green chillies
1 tablespoon curry leaves
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin powder
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
100 ml water
10 cloves garlic
2 tablespoon coriander leaves
salt as required
1 teaspoon dry mango powder
1 teaspoon turmeric

Stage 1 Make a thick player of gram flour
