Sookhe Kale Channel recipe

1 cup kala chana
1 medium green stew
1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
1/2 teaspoon red bean stew powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
salt as required
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon chana masala powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder
2 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Stage 1 Wash and drench the kale channe
First and foremost wash the kale channe and absorb them water for no less than 6-8 hours or short-term.
Stage 2 Pressure cook the channe
Presently channel the water and add the channe to the tension cooker. Add one cup of water, turmeric, red stew powder and salt. Cook for two whistles and afterward let the tension emerge all alone.
