Sizzling garlic and Coriander Paratha Recipe
Garlic and Coriander Paratha is a simple to make breakfast formula. Made with wheat flour and oats, this sound formula has solid kind of garlic and coriander.

1 cup Wheat flour
1 tablespoon oats
1 tablespoon Refined oil
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1 teaspoon asafoetida
1/2 teaspoon Onion glue
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoon Gram flour (besan)
1/2 cup yogurt (curd)
1 bundle hacked coriander leaves
1 pounds sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon ginger glue
1/2 teaspoon squashed to glue green bean stew
1 teaspoon Red stew powder
1 squeeze turmeric
3 squeezes salt
Hack the coriander leaves and green bean stew finely.
Daintily cook the sesame seeds, saunf and poppy seeds.
Blend all the above fixings in with wheat flour, besan, oats, garam masala, chaat masala, turmeric, ginger and garlic glue, lemon squeeze and salt. Ply into delicate batter. Roll into parathas.
Cook on lubed tava adding little oil.
Serve hot with yogurt, cucumber raita or green chutney.
