Poha Recipe. Poha is one of the staple breakfast which is very filling and can be made in a short time. This poha is made with straighten rice and it has additional punch of exceptional glue of cilantro and garlic which makes this recipe interesting. 3 Servings
2 mug smoothed rice
1 green stew
3 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 inch ginger

salt as required
60 gm frozen peas
1 cleaved onion
3 teaspoon virgin olive oil
3 clove garlic

1 small bunch coriander leaves
1 tablespoon spread
1 teaspoon lemon juice

For Toppings
60 gm cooked peanuts

Instructions to make Poha

Stage 1
Take 2 cups of thick poha and flush well with water. Keep it to the side in a bowl. Presently add 1 cup of water in poha and leave it for 10 minutes.

Stage 2
Take 60 grams of new cilantro leaves, three cloves of garlic, one medium green stew cleaved, 1 inch hacked ginger. Presently grind everything in a processor and make a glue.

Stage 3
Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a container on medium fire, add 1 tsp cumin seeds in it and permit them to splutter.

Stage 4
Presently, add 1 medium hacked onion. Sauté onions until they are delicate. It will require 2 minutes. Presently add 60 grams frozen peas. Mix well for 30 seconds and afterward add arranged cilantro (coriander), garlic, ginger, stew glue. Blend everything well and cook for 2 minutes.

Stage 5
Presently add poha and blend everything tenderly with rest of the fixings. Add salt to taste, delicately blend well. Presently add 1 tbsp margarine, and sauté for two minutes on low intensity. Add 1 tsp lemon juice.

Stage 6
