150 gm oats
2 little tomato
2 pieces ginger
2 red stew
1 squeeze turmeric
1 scramble mustard seeds

1/2 teaspoon dark pepper
1 squeeze asafoetida
3 teaspoon ghee

1 medium potato
1/2 cup peas
1 carrot
1/2 cup green beans

Stage 1 Wash the veggies
