1 cup steamed sprout bean
1 cup cornflakes
2 chopped,boiled,peeled potato
1 finely slashed cucumber
2 medium finely hacked green stew
1 teaspoon powdered chaat masala
1 tablespoon powdered Mint Leaves
1 squeeze powdered dark pepper
1/2 tablespoon broiled cumin powder
2 cup puffed rice
1/2 cup splashed overnight,washed and dried chick peas
1 finely slashed onion
1 finely slashed ginger
2 tablespoon juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon powdered red stew
2 squeezes salt
4 glucose rolls
4 1/2 ml Water
For Garnishing
1 tablespoon coriander leaves

Instructions to make Nutri Crispy Chaat
Stage 1
Steam sprouts with ¼ cup water and salt in a covered microwave safe bowl for around 2-3 mins at 100% power. Permit to represent 5 mins.
Stage 2
Take 2 potatoes, wash and prick them with a fork. Bubble covered 1 cup of water at 100% power for 4-5 mins in a microwave safe bowl. Permit to represent 5 mins. Strip and cleave them.
