800 gm chicken
5 cleaved tomato
1/2 tablespoon garlic glue
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
2 cup dark cardamom
1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
1 teaspoon red bean stew powder
1 clove leaf
4 tablespoon vegetable oil
400 ml water
250 gm slashed onion
1/2 tablespoon ginger glue
2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon dark pepper
1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves
1 teaspoon coriander powder
2 cup red bean stew
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon finely slashed coriander leaves

Step by step instructions to make Murg Highway Recipe
Stage 1
Dry meal 1tsp cumin seeds, the dried red chilies, dark cardamoms, coriander seeds and pepper corns till brown and fragrant. Coarsely grind the flavors.
Stage 2
Heat oil and add 1tsp cumin and the cove leaf. Whenever the cumin starts to splutter, add the onions. Saute until the onions have mellowed.
Stage 3
Add the garlic-ginger glue, turmeric powder, coriander powder, stew powder, and salt. Saute for 1 moment and add the tomatoes. Saute till the masala is all around cooked and oil isolates out on the sides.
Stage 4
Add the chicken and mix well. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Heat up the water and pour over the chicken. Cover and stew for 10 minutes. Eliminate the cover and add the simmered flavors.
Stage 5
Cook till the sauce has decreased to practically high. This could require 5-6 minutes on high fire. Sear the dry fenugreek leaves on a hot iron and pound over the curry. Embellish with cleaved coriander and serve hot.
