500 gm minced chicken
1 enormous onion

Stage 1
Pressure cook together (up to 5 whistles) the chicken mince, Bengal gram, onion, ginger-garlic, dried red bean stew, cardamoms, cinnamon, peppercorns, clove and salt. Try not to add an excess of water.
