1 kilograms sheep
5 teaspoon red bean stew powder
3 cut onion
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 teaspoon garam masala powder
4 green cardamom
1/2 cup mustard oil
3 teaspoon coriander powder
salt as required
1 tablespoon garlic glue
2 straight leaf
1 cinnamon stick

Instructions to make Laal Maas
Stage 1 Saute dry flavors
In a profound lined container add mustard oil. Once hot, add cinnamon sticks, cardamom and straight leaves. Sauté for 3-5 minutes.
Stage 2 Add sheep and flavors
