Elements of Jeera Mutton

4 Servings
500 gm sheep
6 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
salt as required
2 enormous tomato
1 onion
1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup mustard oil
1 tablespoon ginger glue

For Garnishing
1 teaspoon cut ginger
1 cleaved green bean stew

Instructions to make Jeera Mutton

Stage 1 Marinate the sheep pieces
Add washed sheep parts of a bowl. Add ginger glue, minced garlic, turmeric, salt and blend well to appropriately cover every one of the pieces. Allow them to marinate for 30-40 minutes.

Stage 2 Pressure cook the lamb
Presently add the marinated sheep parts of a strain cooker alongside a little water and cook them until done. In the mean time, add tomato and onion to a blender and mix well to shape a thick glue.
