How To Make Messy Broccoli Potatoes
Messy Broccoli Potatoes
Fixings
3 chestnut potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
4 oz cream cheese(115 g)
1 cup cheddar cheese(100 g), in addition to something else for garnish
½ cup broccoli(75 g), slashed
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
¼ cup milk(60 mL)
harsh cream, to serve
Planning
Preheat the broiler to 350°F (180°C).
Cautiously penetrate potatoes with a fork. On a baking sheet oil the potatoes well and sprinkle with salt.
Heat for around 60 minutes. In the case of making more potatoes, 15 extra minutes for each potato is required.
When cooled, cut the potatoes in an upward direction, scoop out within, and move to a bowl.
In the bowl with the scooped out potatoes, add the cream cheddar, cheddar, broccoli, salt, pepper, and milk.
Blend well.
Scoop the potato combination back into the potatoes and top with cheddar.
Heat 15 extra minutes until the cheddar is softened.
Serve warm with harsh cream and chives.
