Preheat broiler to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Softly oil a baking sheet.

Mix together the egg, peanut butter, banana, and honey in a medium bowl; mix completely. Mix in the flour and raw grain; blend well.
Turn batter out onto a floured board and roll to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into wanted shapes with a cutout, put on pre-arranged baking sheet, and brush tops with egg white.
