How To Make A Microwave Chocolate Pudding
Fixings
½ cup white sugar
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla concentrate
Microwave Chocolate Pudding
Directions
Stage 1
In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk together the sugar, cocoa and cornstarch. Rush in milk a little at a time so the blend has no dry irregularities.
Stage 2
Place in the microwave, and cook for 3 minutes on high. Mix, then cook at brief spans, blending between cooking times for 2 to 4 minutes, or until sparkling and thick. Mix in vanilla.
Stage 3
Place a piece of saran wrap straightforwardly on the outer layer of the pudding to keep a skin from shaping, and chill in the cooler. Serve cold.
