1 kilograms lamb
2 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 tablespoon garlic

3 cup dark cardamom

1 teaspoon cumin seeds
8 gm clove

1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Step by step instructions to make Himachali Mutton Rara

Stage 1 Dry meal garam masala fixings and add ground nutmeg to it
