500 gm minced sheep
1 inch ginger

2 dark cardamom

15 apricots
5 tablespoon poppy seeds

8 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon garam masala powder
15 almonds
50 gm gram flour (besan)
1/2 cup refined oil

Instructions to make Goli Kebabs

Stage 1
