Ingredients of Anda Bhurji

2 egg
2 medium tomato
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
half teaspoon garam masala powder
salt as required
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large onion
1 piece green chilli
half teaspoon red chilli powder
half of teaspoon dry mango powder
2 tablespoon coriander leaves
1/four teaspoon cumin seeds
How to make Anda Bhurji
Step 1 Saute the onions
Heat oil in a pan. Once it’s far heated well upload cumin seeds and allow them to splutter well. Now upload chopped inexperienced chilli and onions. Let them saute until the onions turn translucent.
Step 2 Prepare the masala
Now add chopped tomato and salt. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, dry mango powder and garam masala. Cover with a lid and permit the masala cook dinner for 5 minutes.
