For the Salsa Macha:

1/2 cup (50g) gently roasted peanuts
6 tbsp (30g) Korean chili flakes
1/4 cup (30g) fresh garlic, more or less chopped
4 tbsp toasted sesame oil
eight tbsp more virgin olive oil
1 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
1 tsp floor cumin
1 tsp brown sugar
half of tsp floor cinnamon

Directions:
To make the Bao Buns:

  1. In a tumbler, blend the yeast, sugar, oil, and warm water. Leave for 5 mins.
