Chicken Ishtu
800 gm chicken
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 green bean stew
3 teaspoon garlic glue
300 ml chicken stock
salt as required
1 medium tomato

1/4 teaspoon green cardamom
3 teaspoon ginger glue

2 tablespoon tamarind
4 coriander leaves
6 tablespoon coconut milk.
Stage 1
