500 gm chicken
1 cup water
4 tablespoon vegetable oil
For Marination
salt as required
1 squeeze turmeric
1 egg whites

6 cloves garlic

1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
4 tablespoon corn flour
3 stalks coriander leaves
1/2 piece ginger.
