Cashew Chicken with Noodles

2 tablespoon peanut oil
8 sprig chopped green onion
4 tablespoon red chilli sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
6 cloves minced garlic
50 gm chopped spinach
2 tablespoon sesame oil
2 cup unsalted cashews
500 gm boiled rice noodles
4 tablespoon corn starch
1 kilograms cubed chicken breasts
2 tablespoon thinly sliced beetroot.
Step 1
To prepare this yummy dish, take a small bowl and add chopped garlic in it along with soy sauce and corn starch, and mix well. Add chicken to that bowl and mix well as to let it absorb the mixture.
Step 2
Now, put a non-stick pan over medium flame and heat some sesame oil in it. Once the oil is hot enough, add the marinated chicken in the pan and stir fry until the chicken is no longer pink in color. Now, add onions, spinach and the beetroot julienne to it and stir fry for about 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Finally, add the boiled rice noodles, cashews, chili sauce in the pan and cook them for a while until these ingredients get mixed pretty well. After it is done, transfer in a serving dish. Your Cashew Chicken with Noodles are ready to be served.
