Bardoli ki Khichdi
5 cup water
2 bundles cilantro
2 teaspoon ginger glue
6 green bean stew
2 carrot
2 squeezes asafoetida
1 teaspoon cumin
3 cinnamon stick
2 cup rice
2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 cup crude peanuts
2 teaspoon garlic glue
1/2 cup toor daal
2 potato
2 onion
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup moong dal
Stage 1 Soak the dal and rice for an hour prior to cooking
Initially, take a bowl and pour water in it. Presently add rice and dal and douse them for 60 minutes. Then again, slash cilantro, potatoes, carrots and onions. Likewise, squash green chillies and keep them to the side.
Stage 2 Prepare tadka for khichdi
Then, place a kadhai over medium fire and pour oil in it. When the oil is warmed, add cinnamon sticks, mustard seeds and cumin. When the mustard seeds begin to splutter, add onions and saute the combination for a couple of moments.
Stage 3 Add different vegetables to the tadka
Presently, add potatoes, carrots and asafoetida and blend them well. Then, at that point, add green chillies, garlic glue and ginger glue into the kadhai. Saute the combination for 4-5 minutes.
Stage 4 Add in rice and water to the tadka and cook
