Kerala High Court Issues Notice On Dowry. The Kerala High Court on Friday gave notice to the State government on a writ appeal looking for revisions and severe execution of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

A Bench, headed by Chief Justice S Manikumar, asked the public authority for what good reason the Act were not being executed rigorously.
